    Xmas Tree

Today we bought our new Christmas tree. It’s a Woolly Bush, an Australian native from the Albany region of Western Australia! We really had to hunt around for this but after visiting about 5 nurseries we finally found it.

Now we just need everyone to send us presents . . .

I have just purchased quite a number of them to form a hedge. I have clay soil so i don’t know how they will perform. Can anyone provide with any suggestions?

live in coastal town and have seen lots of these around and they all look very healthy and can withstand the lime soil conditions and the strong winds we get from time to time especially those horrible hot northerleys . Going out today to purchase a couple for the front garden. .
